Refund policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item of your order), without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day period expires by email at info@robertodallavecchia.com, clearly stating your decision to withdraw. You may use the following model statement:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [order details], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]."

Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return any physical goods, where applicable. For digital products (video lessons, tablatures, downloadable software), no return is needed. We will issue a full refund, including standard outbound shipping costs where applicable, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, or of receiving the returned goods, whichever is later.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping on physical goods, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We extend this 14-day return window to all customers worldwide.

Returns

To be eligible for a return of a physical item, it must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Opened CDs or physical media showing signs of use
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (for physical items) or your withdrawal notice received (for digital items), we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds: first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@robertodallavecchia.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@robertodallavecchia.com and send your item to: Via Sebastiano Scaramuzza 14, 36100 Vicenza, Italy.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return a physical product, send it to: Via Sebastiano Scaramuzza 14, 36100 Vicenza, Italy.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from it.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
