After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks. Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at
info@robertodallavecchia.com, including a photo clearly showing the issue.
Once verified, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packed.
For CDs, this means they must be sealed and unopened. Opened or unsealed CDs cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund of the item price will be issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
